BY ENTERING THE DAILY FLOWER DEALS WEBSITE, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGREED UPON. PURCHASING VIA THE DAILY FLOWER DEALS WEBSITE BOUNDS THE CUSTOMER TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AMENDMENTS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE DONE AT ANY TIME BY THE DAILY FLOWER DEALS TEAM, THESE AMENDED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BINDING WITH CONTINUAL USE OF DAILY FLOWER DEALS.
Daily Flower Deals is committed to the protection of our customer’s personal information in line with National and International Privacy laws in addition to the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2001.
The Daily Flower Deals website is secured via an SSL certificate. All customer information received via the internet though our website is encrypted. Our SSL technology allows Daily Flower Deals to view this information in plain text form.
Daily Flower Deals don’t see or have access to your sensitive payment information via Paypal, including your credit card details.
Products and Substitutes
Images on the Daily Flower Deals Website are to be used as a guide only, as the final product including the number of stems, foliage, decorations and contents of each product will vary due to availability and pricing. Our customers reserve the right for reasonable substitution should any of the raw materials be unavailable, up to the purchase value.
Daily Flower Deals will ensure that the card message will be in the language that the order was submitted. Should you require any translation of the message, please provide instructions with your order. We’ll do our very best to transcribe or translate the message, however we cannot guarantee accuracy of the transcription or translation.
Non Delivery of Products
If the recipient is absent from the location of delivery, Daily Flower Deals therefore not responsible for deliveries. The customer is to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of delivery date and time.
The courier may be required to contact the recipient to ensure they’re at the delivery location before delivery is attempted. Should no contact details be provided with the order, the courier will still attempt to deliver the order. The courier may leave a note at the recipient’s delivery address, should the recipient be absent from the delivery location.
The courier may leave the order at the delivery address if the address is deemed safe, in which case delivery has been deemed to be made. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide alternate delivery address, time and contact details. Additional charges may apply should re delivery be attempted. Rural or remote delivery areas may also attract additional charges.
Delivery of products may still be deemed delivered if the recipient refuses the product, incorrect address has been given or if no occupants are at the delivery address.
Fees and Charges
Daily Flower Deals displayed prices include processing fees and handling charges.
Cancellations and Refunds
Any orders forwarded to our network of Florists for compilation and delivery may not be cancelled. Additional charges may apply after review of individual cases.
Refunds may not be awarded, however an individual case by case review is required before a decision is made. Please contact Daily Flower Deals for further details. Alternatives such as an alternative gift to the same value may be suggested.
Sensitive and Difficult Deliveries
Daily Flower Deals will ensure our network of Florists have the information provided by our Customers in regards to these sensitive deliveries. Hospital, funeral home, receptions, parties, functions, rural, remote, secured premises and other sensitive and difficult delivery area’s may not be guaranteed. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure an alternate delivery and contact details are provided in the event possible non delivery is likely, especially with timed events.
Delivery to remote area’s may incur additional delivery charges. The additional charge will be borne by the customer, prior to delivery. Please contact us for a list of places we cannot guarantee delivery to.
Service and Quality
Daily Flower Deals will make every effort to ensure our network of Florists compile and deliver your orders at the requested date and time, and in a condition that reflects our high standards. Please contact the Daily Flower Deal team for feedback, suggestions and complaints. We’re more than happy to assist with and resolve issues of quality control, missing items, incorrect items, freshness of flowers etc. Feedback, suggestions and complaints must be received within one week of delivery or non delivery. Communication received after this timeframe will be considered on a case by case basis. No guarantees of compensation will be given at any stage.
